…TXO acquired MMX Communications
The acquisition complements TXO’s expertise in the supply of multi-vendor telecoms network equipment by adding MMX Communications’ specialist support services into its group capabilities. The deal creates a combined business with an annual turnover close to £40 million and 225 employees across a network of six offices in the UK, US, Brazil and Australia.

Following major growth and success, TXO continued its global expansion by moving into brand new, fully refurbished facilities in the US and Brazil. The new offices demonstrate the organisation’s investment into supporting its talented teams, loyal customers and partners and allows the company to deal with the greater demand for services.
…TXO won the International Impact Award for Hardware!
TXO was delighted to win the International Impact Award for Hardware at the Wales Technology Awards. By dealing with customers in over 111 different countries and by expanding our business internationally, our dedication to international trade is clear to see.
…TXO named one of the biggest companies in Wales!
We are proud to feature within the Wales Business Insider’s Top 300 for 2019, which ranks the largest companies in the country. The Top 300 list is based on a combination of turnover and profit rankings. It was the first time that TXO Systems has been listed, and we went straight in at #159.
