Finance
Our Finance team handles all the numbers behind-the-scenes so that orders are processed smoothly, and to ensure that the business continues to meet its growth objectives. Besides organising and controlling the company's finances, their work assists managers in making key strategic decisions.
HR
At the heart of the business is our global Human Resources (HR) team, who support key functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, organisational structure, and performance management. They provide support and guidance, ensuring best practice is followed to promote a positive organisational culture.
IT
Core to the business is our IT department. They work hard to ensure that our systems and infrastructure remain up-to-date, secure and effective. They also kindly give us helpful advice and handle any technological issues that arise.
Logistics
We rely on our active Logistics department for the day-to-day operation of our business. They ensure our products reach our local and international customer base quickly and efficiently. Our organised team is central to meeting our standard of great customer service.
Marketing
Our Marketing team heads up the company’s promotional activity, from creating informative content and digital marketing campaigns to organising industry events and everything in between. Marketing works closely with the other departments in our business to promote our company, attract new business and keep customers happy.
Operations
Our Operations team is the backbone of what we do. Operations includes site de-installation engineers, warehouse and recycling operatives, facilities personnel, and more. Their hard work helps our business run smoothly and TXO wouldn’t be where it is today without them.
Optical transceivers
Our optical transceivers team includes all our experts in optical networking. Together they know the ins and outs of everything to do with fibre optic technology and solutions! The team includes skilled lab technicians, sales professionals, procurement and product coordinators, all backing the sales of our OEM compatible optical networking products.
QHSE
Our QHSE department is made up of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment professionals. It is their role to look after our quality management and corporate social responsibility systems, improving operational efficiency. They also oversee our audits to ensure that the company remains credible.
Sales & BD
Our successful Sales and Business Development (BD) department is a key driver of the business. It’s their role to build quality long-lasting relationships with customers and to understand their needs before matching them with the best solutions. Supported by our admin team, Sales and BD has a combined wealth of experience in the telecoms industry and are always on hand to offer professional support.
Services
Through our services, TXO helps companies manage their telecom networks throughout the full life cycle. From network design and build, through to warehousing, asset recovery, repairs, recycling and more. We are passionate about what we do and proud that our services are provided in over 50 countries throughout the world. Our Services department is all about offering customers tailored solutions that deliver maximum value.
Test lab
Our skilled team of technicians undertake test and repair activities on products in our 5,000 sq. ft. ESD test lab facility. It’s their job is to ensure that all equipment that needs testing before going out to customers is in perfect working condition and fault-free. We can fault find, conduct board level repairs and traffic test products across a wide range of OEMs. This allows operators to extend the working life of their legacy or out of warranty equipment.
