The Juniper EX3300 is used as an access switch in enterprises and also in the data centre by service providers. The switch has either 24 or 48 ports for 10/100/1000BASE-T and also 4 uplink ports for connection to a distribution switch or to interconnect switches as members of a Virtual Chassis. 10 switches can be connected together in this manner. The uplink ports support SFP and SFP+ optical transceivers for 10Gbps. All of the EX switches run Junos which is capable of providing layer 2 ( switching) and layer 3 (switch/routing) as well as security features. Some of the EX3300 can also do power over ethernet (PoE) to connect telephones and other devices denoted by the P in the full part code. Our repair centre is equipped to repair Juniper EX3300 switches.  The same Junos is used across EX and MX devices such as the MX960 Router.
