Thanks to you, ITW 2019 was a great success!

We are very grateful to all the attendees that joined us at ITW 2019 last month. It was great to receive so much interest from new and existing customers. Plus, it’s a really good feeling to listen to people and help problem-solve so many of the issues faced by the telecommunications industry.

For example, we had loads of interesting conversations about new customers supplying us with equipment for resale in order to create a new revenue stream for the customer. In return for the revenue we generate from the resale of equipment, the project can self-fund sparing activity and replacement hardware for the customer. We also had a lot of interesting service-related conversations prompting TXO to act as on-site hands for US customers, specifically installing the equipment we sell them.

Once again, thank you to everyone who made ITW 2019 such a fantastic event. It was a pleasure having you with us, and it was great to learn so much more about the businesses we serve. It came to light during the event that a massive 80% of the ITW Global Leaders’ Forum (GLF) members are customers of TXO.
