TXO employees recognised for payroll giving to charity
TXO Systems has been awarded a Bronze Payroll Giving Quality Mark in recognition of the achievement and commitment of the company’s staff in supporting charities through payroll giving.

What is Payroll Giving?
Payroll Giving (known also as ‘workplace giving’ or ‘give as you earn’) is a flexible charity scheme. It allows anyone who pays UK income tax to give money regularly and tax free to good causes. Employees can give to a UK registered charity (or more than one) straight from their gross salary without paying tax on it. This makes an individual’s gift as valuable as possible and means payroll giving is one of the most tax-effective methods of donating to charity. The Payroll Giving Quality Mark is a Government-backed accreditation which rewards companies offering Payroll Giving with a Quality Mark. The Payroll Giving Quality Mark is a symbol of excellence that recognises those employers and employees that are making a difference through donating to charity directly from their gross salary. The awards are graded based on the % of employees giving from your total staff base, and calculated annually.
