In June 2019, TXO acquired MMX Communications’ specialist support services into its group capabilities. This is a great result as it means we can now offer our customers an extended portfolio of through-life network support solutions.
…Expanding our global footprint
TXO successfully grew its network of operational facilities across the world. With new and upgraded sites in France, US, Brazil and Australia, it allows us to serve our international customer base more efficiently than ever before.
…Taking positive environmental action
TXO is serious about sustainability. This year we have supported more companies than ever before to lower their carbon footprint through product re-use, repair and recycling.
…Recognised for our International Impact
TXO Systems is dedicated to being the number one telecoms asset management provider. Our business model is geared towards meeting the needs of our international client base. We’re honoured to have been recognised for this at the Wales Technology Awards.
…Becoming one of the biggest companies in the country
For the first time TXO Systems was listed within the Wales Business Insider’s Top 300 for 2019. We went straight in at #159 based on our financial history (pre-MMX).
…Supporting local and national charities
Our people are passionate about giving to charity. We’re proud that in 2019 we’ve been able to make such a meaningful difference to the lives of those in the communities in which we work. All of this is reflected in being awarded gold by EcoVadis for our CSR performance.
…Developing our TXO Optics division
Our TXO Optics brand of compatible optical transceivers and accessories has progressed massively. We have expanded our product range to include the latest technological advancements (e.g. high-speed 100G optics) and broadened our customer base globally.

2019 was a huge year for career development at TXO. There has been numerous new appointments, promotions and successful training programmes for our teams. We look forward to welcoming more people into our fast-growing company in 2020.

Through our acquisition of MMX we have been able to vastly broaden our telecoms equipment test and repair capabilities. Offering the full spectrum of fixed, mobile, LAN, WAN, CATV and broadband technologies.
…Supported more customers than ever before
