John Campbell

TXO Chair

John has worked at the highest level in both the Public and Private sectors including in Private Equity as a Chair, NED, Senior Strategic Advisor and Group CEO.

John is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors, holding a number of tertiary qualifications, including a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, a Master in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resource Management.

Jonathan Scott

Group CFO

Jonathan joined TXO in September 2025. A chartered accountant, Jonathan has spent his career working in different industries since leaving Deloitte as a senior manager in their audit practice.

In terms of expertise, Jonathan has worked in a variety of companies experiencing changes in their operational or financial environment and has helped raise equity and/or debt at Flybe, Nuffield Health, McColl’s and Toto Energy, planned or upgraded systems at Flybe, Southern Water and Nuffield Health, and helped lead finance transformation or integration work at WSP (UK), HSS Hire and St. Modwen.

Having worked in both public companies and those owned by private equity, Jonathan has a deep understanding of the needs of owners and is keen to help TXO develop the growth it needs to continue its success in supporting the technology sector.

Dorothée D’Herde

Non Executive Director

Dorothée has had an impressive career in roles that have seen her create a positive impact on both the business world and society. As the former Head of Sustainable Business at Vodafone, she played a pivotal role in shaping and executing Vodafone’s global sustainability strategy. She was also the Director of Sustainability and Social Impact at McKinsey & Company. Her expertise aligns with TXO’s core purpose as a company driving sustainable practices in telecoms.

Ruth Rowan

Non Executive Director

Ruth joined TXO in 2023, bringing 25 years of experience leading marketing teams across all parts of the technology industry, including telecommunications, cloud, SaaS and security. As the former Chief Marketing Officer at Avanade, Ruth was entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of overseeing the company’s global marketing strategy, brand development, and corporate communications. Her experience also includes senior marketing roles with prominent companies such as NTT, Dimension Data, and British Telecommunications (BT) before joining Avanade in February 2022.

Tom Redpath

Non Executive Director

Tom is a Senior Principal at TowerBrook. Previously, he was an Investment Director and Head of Value Creation at Bridges Fund Management, a specialist ESG and impact investment firm. Prior to that, he was a Manager at OC&C Strategy Consultants focusing on strategy and commercial due diligence for global corporate & private equity clients. Tom earned his MA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Edinburgh.

Karim Barkawi

Non-Executive Director

Karim is the Founder and Chairman of Barkawi Group, a global technology and services firm focused on supply chain innovation and circular solutions. He also founded Teqport, a telecom asset recovery company acquired and now integrated into TXO. He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.

Claire Lang

Group Chief People Officer

Claire is the Group Chief People Officer for TXO. She joined TXO in June 2022 as Group HR Director, and is responsible for defining and driving the group people strategy. Within the HR arena Claire has held senior positions in the recruitment sector; healthcare, education and tech, where she has led high performing HR teams and has shaped business culture.

Along with notable experience within facilities management, charity and marketing businesses, Claire is accomplished at partnering with the senior management team to deliver long term and immediate business goals. Operating globally; UK, Europe, Australia and America, Claire brings a breadth of experience to deliver the TXO people plans.

Claire holds a BA Hons in English & Education Studies and CIPD.

Walter Rowe

Chief Transformation & Projects Officer

Walter joined as Chief Transformation & Projects Officer in June 2026, responsible for driving Group wide transformation and overseeing critical functions including IT, ESG, Legal, and QHSE.

With a strong track record of delivering complex projects and leading organisational change, Walter brings a strategic, results-driven approach to aligning business operations with long-term growth objectives. He is recognised for building high-performing teams, strengthening governance frameworks, and embedding sustainable, technology-enabled solutions across the business. He brings a strong engineering and programme management background, with experience spanning design, development, planning, and procurement, before going on to specialise in technical, risk and security.

Julia Evans

Group COO

Julia joined TXO in 2014, bringing with her a wealth of experience in senior management positions. She is responsible for TXO’s UK operations and project delivery.

Julia oversees TXO’s WEEE recycling activities, which is a leading Approved Authorised Treatment Facility (AATF) centre and Approved Exporter (AE), and the development of its green supply chain, which spans five continents. Julia holds level 4 COTC (Certificate of Technical Competence) in Waste Management.

Having spent 10 years with the BBC in London, most recently as Head of Public Affairs with responsibility for producing the BBC Annual Report, Julia is a trained communications professional. Julia is also a qualified Management Accountant (CIMA) and has a BSC in Accountancy from Cardiff University.

Tom Eaton

CEO, Americas

Tom Eaton joined TXO following the acquisition of AirWay, where he was CEO and a principal owner. With over 30 years of experience in wireless telecommunications, he now oversees the Group’s operations across North and South America as CEO, Americas.

Prior to AirWay, Tom held sales leadership roles at Lucent Technologies, Commnet Supply, Telmar Network Technologies, MNS, and Cisco Systems, where he worked with tier-one wireless service providers such as AT&T and Verizon. His leadership is focused on driving growth and aligning regional operations with TXO’s global strategy to deliver sustainable, full-circle technology lifecycle solutions.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Finance from Loyola University and a Master’s in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Sebastian Neubeck

Managing Director, Europe

Sebastian joined TXO in 2023 following the acquisition of TEQPORT Services GmbH, which he co-founded and led as CEO. With over 17 years of experience in corporate strategy and business development, he now drives growth and innovation as Managing Director of Europe.

He also co-founded Teqcycle Solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of TEQPORT, which was sold to Foxway OÜ in 2022. He led its integration, and it became Foxway Germany GmbH. At the end of 2023, he stepped away to focus entirely on TXO and TEQPORT. His commitment to sustainability and strategic innovation aligns with TXO’s mission to provide full-circle technology lifecycle solutions.

David Evans

Chief Product and Asset Recovery Officer

David is the Chief Product and Asset Recovery Officer for TXO. He joined TXO in 2014 as a Services Sales Manager, managing the UK & APAC region before being promoted to Head of the division at the beginning of 2019. David is responsible for the group services sales stream and asset recovery business unit.

Prior to joining TXO David spent years playing professional rugby and representing Wales on the IRB World Rugby Sevens Series. His telecommunications experience started over 15 years ago selling, installing and provisioning phone lines for local businesses in Wales.

David also has a BSC from Swansea University’s School of Law where he studied Criminology.

Joanna Hutchinson-Parker

Chief Growth Officer

Joanna Hutchinson‑Parker began her telco and technology career in 2004 with a service integrator, specialising in data centre design and build within the UK telecoms sector. Over the past two decades, she has built a strong track record in shaping and delivering global growth strategies across cyber, networks, and engineering solutions.

As Chief Growth Officer, Joanna leads TXO’s global sales, solutions, marketing, and communications functions. She is known for building diverse, high‑performing, and inclusive technical sales and delivery teams, and for driving customer‑centric growth across complex international markets.

Joanna plays a pivotal role in accelerating the expansion of TXO’s circular‑economy services and solutions worldwide, with a primary focus on the UK and APAC regions.

John Teasdale

Group CTO

John was appointed TXO’s Group Chief Technology Officer in May 2025. He brings deep expertise in telecom network infrastructure and operations, with a career marked by technological leadership and innovation.

Previously serving as TXO’s Group Chief Network Officer, John has held senior roles including Head of Networks & Engineering at KCOM and COO at Sterlite Technologies. At Vodafone, he led fibre services and network planning, delivering innovative solutions and improved efficiencies.

As CTO, John’s strategic focus is on advancing TXO’s technology capabilities and driving sustainable, future-ready growth across the telecom industry.

Working with
