  3. Acquisition of Lynx

    TXO acquires Lynx, bolstering our team with over 80 highly skilled specialists. This expansion enhances our turnkey capabilities across decommissioning, asset management, engineering, and test and repair services, further solidifying our position as a leading technology lifecycle partner.

  4. TowerBrook investment

    TowerBrook Capital Partners made a strategic majority investment in TXO through its dedicated impact strategy, which supports businesses driving measurable environmental and social value. This partnership accelerates TXO’s international growth, strategic acquisitions, and commitment to sustainable telecom asset management.

  5. Sweden hub established

    In response to strong growth and customer demand, TXO opens a new operational facility in Eskilstuna, Sweden. This strategic hub enhances our service capabilities in the region, enabling us to better support our customers with sustainable technology lifecycle solutions.
