Refurbished network hardware is gaining worldwide recognition for its quality and value.
As a global leader in this field, we set the standard for a rigorous refurbishment process that delivers consistent results. All of our green market equipment goes through the following steps before being approved for sale. We reinforce this commitment to quality by including our one-year warranty with every purchase.
Any products that fail our stringent quality checks are not released. If an item cannot be refurbished for reuse, we adhere to best practices in responsible recycling.

Our 10-step refurbishment process
- Visual inspection
Every product is carefully examined for any signs of wear or damage. Only those that can be restored to a near-perfect state progress to the next stage; all others are excluded. - Physical inspection
Items that pass the visual check then undergo a comprehensive physical inspection of both major and minor components, in line with OEM specifications. Each unit is dismantled and all part numbers, HECI codes, and serial numbers are meticulously recorded in our database. - Component refresh
Any internal or external parts that are missing, damaged, or excessively worn are replaced before cleaning. This may include buttons, screens, cords, dust caps, or plastic covers. Products that cannot be fully restored are set aside. - Configuration to client specification
If requested, products are configured according to each client’s specific technical requirements. - Data cleansing
Where products feature a hard drive or other storage media, data is securely wiped in our controlled lab using industry-leading Blancco software, ensuring complete removal of any remaining information.

- Testing and screening
We can test modules and entire systems for various platforms, although this may not cover every product in our portfolio. Testing and screening services are available on request. - Cleaning
Once data has been erased and components refreshed, each product is thoroughly cleaned to remove any dirt or labels that might identify its previous owner. Items are repainted when necessary. - Quality control
Every step of the refurbishment is then reviewed to confirm the product meets our strict standards before being dispatched. - Repackaging
After passing quality control, products are re-packed in new, unbranded, ESD-compliant packaging to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. If needed, we can customise packaging and labels to match customer requirements. - Ready for sale and warranty
Each refurbished product is provided with a warranty as standard. Thanks to our comprehensive refurbishment method, second-user hardware is restored to an as-new appearance and boasts a return rate of under 1%.
