To enhance security, we provide a fully auditable chain of custody and can supply CCTV footage of equipment handling, reinforcing both data security and sustainability commitments.

Secure data wiping & shredding

  • Methods: We utilise industry-leading techniques to securely remove data from HDDs, SSDs, and other storage devices in line with government regulations and GDPR. Any equipment that fails data sanitisation or is beyond economic repair is physically shredded to as small as 4mm, ensuring data is completely irretrievable.
  • On-site destruction: For maximum security, we offer on-site data destruction via our shredding truck. This allows you to witness the destruction process first-hand, giving you complete peace of mind.
  • Off-site destruction: Equipment removed from your premises is transported in secure, tracked vehicles to our dedicated facilities for data sanitisation, refurbishment, or complete destruction and recycling.
  • HDD, SSD & tape shredding: We offer hard drive and tape shredding at various levels, including 20mm, 12mm, 6mm, and 4mm, to meet your security needs.

  • Detailed inventories: Our data sanitisation and destruction processes include a fully certified and auditable chain of custody. We provide erasure and destruction reports for every piece of equipment handled, with itemised reporting down to part and serial number level.
  • CCTV monitoring: To further enhance security, our on-site destruction vans are equipped with CCTV, providing recorded footage of all equipment handled as part of the audit trail.
