Chepstow, UK, 7th September 2026 – TXO, a global leader in sustainable technology lifecycle solutions, has announced the appointment of Oliver Lemanski as Group CEO and Meave O’Marah as Group CFO, strengthening its executive leadership as the business continues its global expansion.

Lemanski and O’Marah joined TXO in August and have also been appointed to the Board of Directors, with John Campbell moving from Executive to Non-Executive Chairman.

Their appointments bring an established CEO and CFO working relationship to TXO, developed while leading supply chain managed services specialist OnProcess Technology through its acquisition by Accenture in 2023.

With more than 20 years’ international leadership experience, Lemanski has worked across supply chain, service operations, aftermarket strategy and business transformation. His background spans reverse logistics, digital transformation and service innovation, areas closely aligned with TXO’s reputation as an innovative global pioneer in Circular Supply Chain management.

O’Marah brings senior finance experience across private equity-backed and owned businesses, guiding organisations through periods of expansion and transition.

John Campbell, Non-Executive Chairman of TXO, said:

“Oliver and Meave bring the experience, judgement and leadership TXO needs for its next phase of growth. They have led international service businesses, understand complex supply chains and know how to turn ambition into delivery.

“TXO has significant momentum, and we see substantial opportunity ahead as organisations look for better ways to manage technology across its full lifecycle. I look forward to supporting Oliver, Meave, the whole Senior Leadership Team, and the wider Board as the company builds on that progress.”

Oliver Lemanski, Group CEO of TXO, said:

“TXO has established a clear position in the market, helping organisations install and run high performing service networks whilst recovering more value from the assets they already own, keeping critical equipment in use for longer, and making better decisions about what happens to technology when it leaves live service.

“As technology estates become more complex, customers need partners that can combine operational expertise, data, AI and practical delivery. I am excited to join TXO and work with the team to build on its progress, strengthen customer partnerships and help more organisations make circularity work commercially and operationally.”

Meave O’Marah, Group CFO of TXO, said:

“TXO has a strong platform for growth, with services that respond directly to the pressures customers are facing around cost, efficiency, supply chain resilience and responsible asset management.

“I am delighted to join the business and the Board at such an important point in its development. As TXO continues to scale, my focus will be on supporting disciplined growth and long-term value for customers, partners and stakeholders.”
