The Coriant hiT 7300 Multi-Haul Transport Platform (MHT), formerly Siemens hiT 7300 MHT, is a DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) transport system. This platform is used widely by country incumbent operators and also by international carriers in Europe and in the USA. It can provide either 2.5 Gbit/s or 10 Gbit/s or even 40 Gbit/s per wavelength. When used in metro or regional scenarios it can cover 100km to 600km distances and in Long-Haul applications it can cover up to 1600km.
