Due to expansion of our facilities, we have an exciting job opportunity available for an experienced Repair Technician. The job is based in Solihull, UK at the headquarters of our sister company MMX Communications.

The role’s main focus will be working on circuit board repairs for telecom equipment, scope includes cards and modules belonging to optical, IP, mobile, power and microwave radio. The ideal candidate will be comfortable fault finding at circuit board level as well as re-working. Although we would be happy to consider strong candidates with one of these disciplines.

Desirable skills

  • Experience and or qualification in electronic engineering
  • Comfortable working at discrete component level
  • Reverse engineering and problem solving
  • Understanding of PCB
  • Understanding of the function of components on the board
