"To whom it may concern, Alcatel-Lucent Telecoms Limited, now an affiliate company of Nokia, have engaged with TXO for a number of years utilising their asset recovery services, end of life hardware inventory  management services & recycling services.  Recently, as a result of ALU consolidating various buildings and locations, TXO was challenged by ALU to ensure that all the recovery and decommissioning works would be at minimum cost neutral, and were subsequently engaged to survey and evaluate the costs and opportunities related to moving from 4 sites to 1 central location in Bristol. TXO made everything simple. They surveyed and provided a valuation of our equipment from all four sites in the project, and provided a second-to-none recovery and resale solution offsetting the costs  of each recovery against the equipment resale value. The whole process couldn't have been easier – they surveyed each site, provided us with method statements, risk assessments and project management plans to meet our bespoke requirements. All agreed equipment was recovered professionally, on-time and loaded onto TXOs web-portal i-TRAC, which has been a real lifesaver in terms of providing real-time visibility and reporting of our sales and inventory, making a usually complicated process easy, as well as providing additional market opportunities for ongoing asset sales. "I’m accessing the i-TRAC online platform on a weekly basis and I’m very pleased about the friendly, easy-to-use interface that gives me complete control and visibility over our inventory; allowing me to instantly locate the equipment & consignment stock level. The customer dashboard provides detailed equipment lists allowing me to identify all equipment by manufacturer’s part number Colt part numbers also I’m very pleased about the short SLA’s under which the asset recall tickets are processed & shipped!
