Ready to join us? Here are our top tips on preparing your application

We’re always on the hunt for the most talented individuals from around the world to join our international teams. Here you’ll find out about our typical recruiting process and discover some top tips about applying to work with us.

Before you apply

We recommend that you explore our careers pages to learn more about our current vacancies and what it’s like to work with us. Pay close attention to the role description – the hiring manager will be reviewing your application in line with these requirements.

Submitting an application

Once you’ve decided we’re a good fit for you, the best way to apply is by emailing your CV and cover letter to us at

Don’t forget, submitting an application is often your first chance to make a good impression. Make sure you take the time to highlight your achievements, explaining why you are the right fit for the role. Rushed applications that are not personalised will be immediately obvious and may give us the impression that you don’t really care about getting the job.

Video applications

So we can get to know you better and faster, for some of our roles we may ask you to submit a video application via an automated one-way interview app. Not only does this give us a more holistic picture of why you’d be an excellent addition to our team, but you can answer the questions when it’s most convenient for you. The really wonderful part about our video applications is the level of control it enables. If a take doesn’t go well, you can erase it and re-record as often as you wish before submitting. So have fun and take advantage of it!

Our interview formats

We typically have two interview methods, depending on the nature of the role.

The most common interview format is a discussion to find out if you can do the job. This could be carried out in person, via video link, or over the telephone.

Sometimes we hold our interviews in the format of a recruitment evening as a way for us to get to know candidates. Here you will have the chance to let your personality shine in a group environment as well as meeting some of our fun and friendly team. Our recruitment evenings are invite-only so you will need to apply beforehand for the chance to attend. Further details about our recruitment evening will be sent to you if your application is successful.

Before your interview

Regardless of the interview format, preparation is key to make sure that you are successful. Consider the questions you may get asked and prepare your answers. You can learn more about us on our website and via our social media.

Review the interview invite – make sure you know where you are going, plan your route and arrive on time. If you have been asked to bring any documentation or materials to the interview, make sure you have these with you. If you are unsure about anything, speak to a member of our HR team in advance.

If you have a disability, we will make reasonable adjustments for you to have an interview. If you need us to make particular arrangements (for example, to help you get into the building), please contact us before your interview so that we can make these arrangements.

In your interview

Try to relax and keep calm, we don’t bite! Make sure you listen to the questions being asked and don’t feel you need to rush your answers. Take some time to consider your best example. If you need a question to be repeated or rephrased, please ask the interviewer to do this.

Try to keep your answers concise and pitch the answer to your audience ensuring you don’t use too many acronyms. When you are answering questions make sure you tell us about your contribution. It is not essential, but you may find it helpful to give examples in a STAR format:

S – what was the situation?

T – what was the task? What were you trying to achieve?

A – what action did you take? Try to think about any relevant data that demonstrates your actions

R – what was the result? Be sure to tell us about examples where you have had successful outcomes

Next steps

At the end of the interview, the assessors will discuss how each candidate performed. If we make you an offer, contracts and offer paperwork will be with you as soon as possible.

We understand that sometimes individuals need to work a long notice period before joining us. We like to keep in contact with new hires when this happens, so make sure you let us know if you have any changes to your contact details.

If you have any unanswered questions about our recruitment process, please let us know. That just leaves us to say: Be confident, believe in yourself, and we wish you all the very best with your application!
