The generosity of TXO Systems staff has led to the award of a Bronze Payroll Giving Quality Mark. The award is a symbol of excellence that recognises those employers and employees that are making a difference together through payroll giving.

Payroll Giving is a scheme that enables employees to give to a charity straight from their gross salary (before tax is deducted) and is one of the most tax-effective methods of giving to charity. 8,000 UK employers currently offer Payroll Giving schemes, and 1 million employees give regularly to good causes each pay day. Last year, Payroll Giving raised £155 million for good causes. This was an increase of £31 million on the previous year.

Emma Goodman, Group HR Director at TXO Systems, said: “A bronze award is a fantastic achievement, and a clear indication of TXO Systems commitment to encouraging staff to give to the charities that matter most to them. It is fantastic to see the generosity of so many staff at TXO Systems recognised in this way.”

The Payroll Giving Quality Mark is funded by the Government and administered and promoted by the Institute of Fundraising.
